摘要
介绍了塑料的收缩机理,从塑料种类、改性方法、模具结构、工艺条件等4个方面较为全面地分析了影响塑料成型收缩率的因素,最后总结了预测塑料成型收缩率的实验方法和计算机辅助工程方法。
The mechanism of shrinkage is introduced.The factors including plastic varieties,modification methods,mould structure and technological conditions etc,which influence the molding shrinkage of thermoplastic are analysed completely.How to predict the molding shrinkage by means of test and computer aided engineering is described finally.
