摘要 以矿物油为基础油的MIL-L-6081规格不能满足要求,1951年美国空军制订Ⅰ型以双酯为基础油的MIL-L-7808规格,1997年发展为MIL-PRF-7808 L。为解决MIL-L-7808规格润滑油使用中出现淤渣,造成对发动机部件的磨损,需要进一步提高航空润滑油热安定性,1963年美国海军制订了以热氧化安定性好的Ⅱ型多元醇酯为基础油的MIL-L-23699规格,1997年该规格升级为MIL-PRF-23699 F;2007年美国汽车工程学会把MIL-PRF-23699 F发展成最新SAE AS 5780规格。文中重点阐述了规范MIL-PRF-7808 L和SAE AS 5780发展动力和性能要求。随着飞机向高速、高性能方向发展,具有优异的热氧化安定性如全氟聚醚等化合物有望满足未来航空润滑油规格要求。 MIL-L-6081 specification for the oil using mineral oil as base oil could not meet the requirement.US Air Force set MIL-L-7808 specification for the oil takingⅠtype diol ester base stocks as base oil in 1951,and evolved it to MIL-PRF-7808 L in 1997.Along with the development of air engine′s thrust weight ratio to high level,the aviation lubricating oil numbered MIL-L-7808 specification occurred sludge during use,which caused the friction and wear of engine components.So the aviation engine oil needed to further improve its thermal stability.US navy prepared MIL-L-23699 specification for the oil which was typically made with polyol ester base stocks in 1963.It was upgraded to MIL-PRF-23699 F in 1997.SAE developed MIL-PRF-23699 F to the latest SAE AS 5780 specification in 2007.In this paper,the driving force and performance requirement for MIL-PRF-7808 L and SAE AS 5780 were presented mainly.With the development of the airplane to high speed and high performance,the compound with excellent thermal and oxidational stability,such as perfluoropolyether etc.,maybe meet the specification requirements of future aviation lubricating oil.
