摘要
基础油体系是影响润滑油粘温性能非常重要的因素。文章运用均匀设计法对0W-40高级别润滑油基础油体系进行了试验设计,并对粘温性能的三个指标100℃运动粘度、高温高剪切粘度和-35℃低温动力粘度的试验结果用逐步回归技术进行处理,得出上述三个指标对基础油的数学模型,最终对回归模型进行最优化求解,得出的实测值与预报值基本一致,并达到了0W-40的粘温性能要求。
The base oil system is the important factor of affecting viscosity-temperature performance of lubricating oil.The base oil system of 0W-40 advanced lubricating oil was formulated with uniform-design in this paper.Based on the measured results,three mathematic models of kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃,HTHS and CCS at-35 ℃ were deduced by regression.By optimization with the above models,the measured values accord with the predicted ones.
