摘要 金属带式无级变速器在轿车上日益得到广泛应用,其使用的变速器油是摩擦片/锥轮无级变速摩擦副和湿式离合器组件的摩擦特性控制介质和冷却介质,同时是轴承、液压泵和齿轮组件的润滑介质,还是液压控制系统和液力变矩器组件的液压能传递介质。优异的摩擦学特性是金属带式无级变速器油的关键性能,同时它应具有优良的润滑性、氧化安定性和粘温性等性能。为推进我国金属带式无级变速器的产业化进程,应加强其使用的无级变速器油国产化研究。 Metal belt-drive continuously variable transmission is already being increasingly applied to the car. The transmission fluid using for it is not only the friction character controlling medium and cooling medium for blocks/pulley friction pair and wet clutch components, the lubricating medium of bearing, hydraulic pump and gear components, but also the transferring medium of hydraulic energy for hydraulic control system and hydraulic torque converter. The excellent tribological behavior is the key property of metal belt-drive continuously variable transmission fluid. Further more, it should possess superior performances in other area, including lubrication, oxidation stability, viscosity-temperature properties, and so on. And the domesticalization study on metal belt-drive continuously variable transmission fluid should be noticed emphatically for speeding up the industrialization process of domestic metal belt-drive continuously variable transmission.
