摘要
加氢基础油性质主要受原料性质与润滑油加氢装置操作条件的影响,文章重点讨论了在其他操作条件相同或近似的情况下,加氢裂化温度对同种原料与不同种原料所生产基础油产品粘度指数、倾点、旋转氧弹等主要性质的影响,并对不同裂化温度下生产的基础油产品进行结构分析,从而进一步对裂化温度影响产品性质的主要原因进行了解释。
The performances of hydrogenated base oils are mainly affected by the quality of crude oil and the working conditions of the lubricating oil hydrogenation unit. In this paper, it is pointed out that the hydrocracking temperature can influence the main performances such as viscosity index, pour pint, and ROBUT of hydrogenated base oils produced from same and different crude oils under the same or approximate working conditions of the unit. And the main reasons are explained by analyzing the structure of hydrogenated base oils produced under the different hydrocracking temperatures.
