论经济学家的伦理准则

On Economists' Ethic Rules

经济学家的伦理准则是社会科学道德的一部分,它的内容是讲真话、明利害、为多数。马克思的全部经济理论都遵循经济学家的伦理准则。邓小平的经济理论表明,他是遵循经济学家伦理准则的典范。资本主义国家的资产阶级学者,通过讲假话和模糊利害,为极少数资本家服务,反对工人阶级的社会主义运动。我国目前的一些人(有经济学家,也有政府官员),通过讲假话和模糊利害,掩盖和美化资本主义剥削,极力贬低社会主义国有经济,为少数新生资本家的利益服务。

As part of social moralities,ethic rules require an economist to tell the truth,recognize the benefits and evils,and work for the majority.All of Marx＇s economic theories have adhered to such rules and Deng Xiaoping＇s economic theories tell that he is role model in obeying the rules.On the other hand the bourgeois scholars in capitalist countries tell lie and blur the division between benefits and evils to serve the minority of capitalists and oppose the socialist movement by the working class.At present in China some people（both economists and government officials）resort to false speech and mixture of benefits and evils to hide and beautify the capitalist exploitation,debase the socialist state-owned economy and serve the benefits of the minority emerging capitalists.We shall forcefully fight against this trend.
