摘要
京沪高速铁路的建成将在区域空间上加速现代服务业的空间要素流通,扩大生产要素集散度的空间分异,形成不同的空间组织形式;同时也对我国区域的宏观、中观和微观结构产生不同的影响。从宏观方面来看,京沪高铁将加强北京和上海铁路运输的中心地位、强化东部沿海经济带的主导作用;从中观方面来看,京沪高铁将会提升京津冀和长三角城市群的影响力,增强山东半岛城市群的对外辐射能力;从微观方面来看,京沪高铁将加速长江三角洲城市群的地域整合,扩大京津冀都市圈的直接影响范围,形成诸多的次级经济增长极(区)。
The high-speed railway generate complex effects on the regional spatial structure.It accelerates the circulation of the factors of modem service industries,expands the spatial difference in the concentration of production factors,resulting in the various spatial forms.Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will have different effects on the macro,mean and micro regional structure in China.From the macro perspective,the railway will lay a solid foundation for the central role of rail transport in Beijing and Shanghai,and the dominant position of the eastern coastal economic zone will be strengthened.At the mean level,the railway will enhance the status of urban agglomeration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta, the enlarge the capacity of external radiation in the city clusters in Shandong Peninsula.At the micro level,the railway will speed up the integration of the cities in the Yangtze River Delta,the expand the direct impact of metropolitan circle of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,generating a number of sub-economic growth regions.
