Ways and Measures for the Mineral Resources in Hebei Province to Participate in Macro Control

矿产资源对河北省经济发展影响重大。贯彻落实中央提出的国土部门参与宏观调控的精神,发挥矿产资源在河北省国民经济宏观管理中的重要作用就显得突出而紧迫。矿产资源参与宏观调控应通过市场供应量调整,财政投入、资源税费调节,政策法规调控等手段来实现。具体来说应明确职能承担单位,注意解决矿产资源短期矛盾,重视矿产资源与宏观调控的长周期效应。

Mineral resources is the key to the economic development in Hebei Province.Therefore it is essential and urgent to respond to the call from the central government to involve the land resources department in the macro control by bringing the role of mineral resources in the macro economic control in Hebei Province into full play.The mineral resources shall participate in the macro control through adjusting market supply,financial investment,resources tax,and laws and regulations. To be specific,it is necessary to define the institution that will fulfill a role,resolve the short-term problem in mineral resources while heeding the long-term effect of macro control on the mineral resources.
