商业标识作为一种知识产权,是企业的无形资产。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争形势,品牌标识必须具有鲜明的时代精神。现代市场的竞争,集中表现为品牌标识之争。商标已不单纯是商品或服务的标记,而是市场竞争的利器。时代的发展要求标识设计在创新中要融入地域文化和企业精神,以更好地确立其在市场中的地位和文化形象。
As a kind of intellectual property right,a logo is a company's intangible asset.In the face of increasingly competitive market,a logo has to reflect the features of the current era.The market competition in modern society mainly concentrates on the logo design.Instead of a merely mark for a commodity or service,a trademark is an effective tool for market competition.It is the necessary to consider the regional culture and corporate spirit when designing a logo so as to establish itself in the market with an ideal cultural image.
