网络特征、网络能力对企业成长性影响研究——以京津唐产业集群为例 被引量:3

Effect of Network Characteristics and Network Capacity on Growth of an Enterprise: An Empirical Study of Industrial Clusters in Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan

摘要 以京津唐产业集群为样本,运用结构方程模型对网络特征、网络能力和企业成长性之间关系进行拟合,结果显示:网络特征、网络能力对集群企业网络化成长具有显著影响,实现集群企业网络化成长应加强网络能力,增进信任,从而为集群企业创造良好的成长氛围。 This paper chooses industrial clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Tangshan as samples,uses structural equation model to fit network characteristics,network capabilities and the relationship between the growth of clustered companies.By researching the influence of network characteristics and network capabilities on the growth of clustered companies,it reveals the general rule of the growth of clustered companies.
