摘要
目的:深入了解医学生情绪智力培养的效果。方法:运用质性研究的方法,对北京市某高等医学院校参加情绪智力培养系列活动的5名本科二年级学生进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音,将获得的资料进行整理分析。结果:运用类属分析法提炼出两个关于医学生情绪智力培养效果的主题,即人际关系管理和情绪、情感表达的改善。结论:学生在人际关系管理和情绪、情感表达方面的明显改善,表明学生参加情绪智力培养活动是有效的;情绪智力培养对学生有积极的意义。
Objective:To understand the effect of emotional intelligence training of medical undergraduates.Methods:Qualitative research was used,five second-year undergraduates who took part in a series of emotional intelligence training activities in certain medical college in Beijing,were participated in semi-structured in-depth interviews,live recording,the information will be analyzed.Results:Using generic analysis method to extract two main concepts on the effect of emotional intelligence training of medical undergraduates,namely,the improvement on interpersonal relationships management and emotional expression.Conclusion:The improvement on interpersonal relationships management and emotional expression for students indicates that it is effective that students take part in the emotional intelligence training activities which has a positive meaning for students.
