摘要
丙烯泵在运行过程中,多次发生机械密封泄漏故障。分析丙烯泵泄漏的主要原因,并根据丙烯泵的实际特点,选用了串联机械密封结构。介绍轻烃泵串联机械密封的使用及特点,从摩擦副材质及密封结构等方面对该泵机械密封进行了有效的、合理的改进。2008年2月份改造后,该泵连续运行至今未发生泄漏故障。通过对丙烯泵机械密封的改造及应用,不仅解决了影响装置稳定运行的重大安全隐患,而且还产生了较大的经济效益。
Liquefied gas pumps running process, the mechanical seal leakage failures often happen. Analysis of the main reasons for the leakage of pumps, according to the actual characteristics ,selected tan- dem mechanical seal structure. Introduce a series of light hydrocarbon pump mechanical seal applications and features, from the friction material and seal structure of the pump mechanical seal for an effective and rational improvements. In February 2008 after the transformation, the continuous operation of pump leakage fault has not happened. After gas pump mechanical seal and application of the transformation, not only solved the affected device and stable operation of a major security risk, but also have had a larger economic benefits.
