摘要
分析了原油集输系统能耗分布情况,找出了影响系统效率的主要因素,并对原油集输系统提出了改造方案,包括扩大常温集输规模、二合一加热炉的优化调整、应用节能降耗配套技术和实施降温集油等。这些新技术与油田的生产实际相结合,可以达到降低生产成本、提高系统效率的目的。
According to the results of the efficiency computing,the energy consumption's distribution condition of the crude oil's gathering and transmission,find out the main factors that affects the system's efficiency,and put forward the improving scheme to the transferring station,the union station,the mechanical pumps,the heating furnace and transmission system.Comparing with the former result,the energy consumption in the crude oil's gathering and transmission system decrease obviously,receiving the predicting effect.
