真石漆的研制开发

ES型真石漆采用天然彩色石英砂经特殊加工为着色骨料，特种FS型丙烯酸系树脂乳液为粘结剂，水性聚氨酯弹性树脂溶液为增韧剂，引入聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂作为流变改性剂，选用高耐候水性有机硅丙树脂为罩光清漆。这种新型的真石漆具有良好的施工性，稳定的存储性，符合环保要求，另外涂层具有优良的耐污染性、抗吸水泛白性、抗开裂性，使用寿命10年以上。

ES model natural imitation stone paint is made of natural colour quarts sand as coloured aggregate after specially processing, special FS model acrylic resin emulsion as gluing agent, water soluble polyurethane elasticresin solution as flexibilizer, polyurethane association model thickening agent as rheologic modifier, high weatheringresistance silicone acetone resin as frosted varnish. This new imitation stone paint has good workability and stablystorable, which can meet the requirement of enviromental protection. In addition, the coated film has excellent stainresistance, water absorption resistance, colour retention and cracking resistance. Its service life is more than 1O years.
