摘要
作为电网自动化的重要组成部分,变电站自动化技术的应用已经达到一定水平,新建变电站基本采用分层、分布式变电站微机监控系统。随着网络技术的发展,基于光电转换技术的光互感器实用化以及相关国际标准如IEC61850的应用,使得在变电站自动化系统中信息采集、传输、处理等全部数字化成为可能,进而促进数字化变电站的概念提出及实质性发展。通过研究数字化技术在中高压变电站系统保护、监控等领域应用问题及工程化相关问题,提出一套适用于中高压变电站的数字化自动化系统方案。
As an important part of power network automation,application of the substation automation technology has reached a new level.Newly built substations generally adopt layered or distributed substation computer monitoring systems.With the development of power network technology,with availability of the optical transformer based on photoelectric conversion technology,and with application of the relevant international standards such as IEC61850,data collection,transmission and processing are made possible in the substation automation system,which helps to create the concept of digitalized substation and develop substantially the technology.This paper studies the application of the digital technology in areas of protection and monitoring in the high-voltage substations and related engineering issues,and proposes a set of digital automation systems,which are suitable for high voltage substations.
