摘要
目前我国铁路钢桥设计采用的是容许应力法,钢材的容许应力取值是设计中需要重点关注的问题。对钢材的基本容许应力需要根据板厚、稳定等考虑相应的容许应力折减,而对不同的荷载工况出现的几率又可以考虑相应的容许应力提高。在铁路钢桥的具体设计中如何合理的取用钢材的容许应力折减和提高系数,不仅关系到结构的安全,同时对钢桥设计的经济性也有较大影响,文中对现行铁路钢桥设计规范中钢材容许应力的折减和提高系数提出几点建议供探讨,为以后铁路钢桥的设计提供参考。
What adopted in design of railway steel bridge at present in China is allowable stress method. The allowable stress value of steel focuses on the problem in design. For the basic allowable stress of steel, corresponding allowable stress can be reduced on the basis of factors such as plate thickness and stability, while for the probabilities under the working conditions of the different loads the allowable stress can be increased. How to reasonably reduce and increase the allowable stress of steel in the specific design of railway steel bridge is not only related to the structural safety but also influences greatly on economy for design of steel bridge. This paper puts forward some suggestions for discussion on reducing and increasing the allowable stress factors of steel regulated in the current code of railway steel bridge design and provides reference for future design of railway steel bridge.
