高速铁路下承式钢桁梁桥面系形式比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 高速铁路钢桁梁不允许采用明桥面,铺设道砟轨道(或无砟轨道)桥面系有多种结构方案。以某高速铁路96m下承式简支钢桁梁为研究对象,建立了对不同桥面系形式进行分析计算的整体有限元模型,通过分析计算,得出其受力特点,并提出了推荐方案。研究表明:桥面系与主桁的共同作用很明显,故设计时须充分考虑其不利和有利两方面因素。对中小跨度钢桁梁建议采用不设断缝纵横梁混凝土板桥面系,而对于更大跨度的钢桁梁,建议使用密横梁钢板桥面体系。 The open deck is not allowed to be used for steel truss girder on the high - speed railway. Therefore, the multiple structure schemes can be adopted when paving the deck system with the ballast track ( or ballastless track). Based on a study of 96 m-simply-supported steel truss girder of through bridge in a certain high-speed railway, the finite element integrated model has been set up to make an analysis and calculation for different deck system forms. Through analysis and calculation, the load-carrying capability has been obtained and the recommended scheme has been put forward. The study shows that the coaction of deck system and main truss is very obvious, so the full consideration shall be given to their advantage and disadvantage in design. For steel truss girder with medium - small span less than or equal to 80 m,it is suggested to adopt the deck system with longitudinal and transverse girder concrete slab without break joint, and for steel truss girder with long span more than 80 m, it is suggested to adopt the deck system with dense transverse girder steel slab.
