摘要
碎石注浆桩是一项新的软土地基加固技术,但在铁路工程建设中,还未见使用,其设计计算方法、施工质量控制等还没有成熟的经验,通过试验研究,提出了一套设计、施工、质量检测与控制方法。施工质量检测结果表明,碎石注浆桩成桩质量良好,加固后,地基沉降得到有效控制,满足设计要求。试验研究表明碎石注浆桩可用于处理深厚层软土地基,对高压线附近等特殊环境下的铁路深厚层地基处理,具有明显的优势。
The crushed stone grouting pile is a new technique to improve soft soil subbase,but it is not still applied to the railway engineering. No mature experience is for its design, calculation method and construction quality control, etc. After the test and study in this connection,a complete method of design, construction,quality inspection and control method are proposed. The results from construction quality inspection indicate that such pile is good in quality and the settlement of subbase reinforced with such pile is effectively controlled, and the design satisfies the relevant requirement. The test results indicate that such pile is good for reinforcing the deep thick soft soil subbase especially for the railway subbase in the special environment near the high voltage wire, etc.
