计算机空间定位系统在眼球内异物定位中的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨运用三维造型软件确定眼内异物位置的应用价值。方法兔子10只20眼,行手术放入不同数量铁屑、竹屑和玻璃碎片,应用多层螺旋CT进行扫描,得到的原始数据通过边缘检测提取出轮廓信息,轮廓信息以数据文件形式导入造型软件中,借助软件功能重建眼球三维实体,从而获得眼球的三维立体影像。结果多层螺旋CT扫描共检查出金属异物10颗(100%),非金属异7颗(70%),异物全部位于玻璃体腔内。借助3D-MAX/solidworks造型软件获得较为直观、准确的眼球三维立体影像,能准确地显示眼内异物的位置(眼内深度和时钟位)。结论借助软件功能重建眼球三维实体,从而获得眼球较为直观、准确的三维立体影像。模型生成后确定的异物位置,可为临床眼内异物取出手术提供参考。此项技术临床可推广应用,能产生较好的社会效益。 Objective To study the value of using three-dimensional modeling software to determine the location of intraocular foreign bodies. Methods Ten New Zealand rabbits(20 eyes) were operated on their eyes.Different foreign bodies including metal and non-metal fragments were put into their vitreous bodies.MSCT was used to scan these experimental rabbits.The primary data was changed into the outline information by the marginal checking.The data file of outline information was inducted in the modeling software,and with the aid of software function to reconstruct the three-dimensional space of eyeball.Results MSCT could distinguish metal from non-mental foreign bodies.The MSCT showing rate was 100 %(10/10) for metal intraocular foreign bodies(IOFB),but only 70%(7/10) for non-metal IOFB.All the foreign bodies were located in the vitreous chamber.With the aid of 3D-MAX/solidworks modeling software,an intuitive and accurate eyeball three-dimensional space was established and demonstrated the intraocular foreign matter accurately the position,including the intraocular depth and clock position.Conclusions The modeling software can reconstruct the eyeball three-dimensional space,and determine accurately the position of foreign bodies.It provides the reference for surgery in removing the intraocular foreign bodies.This technology may be promoted to use in clinic,and can have a good social efficiency.
