导管射频消融术发生并发症的时间及转归

Occurred time and prognosis of complications after radiofrequency catheter ablation

目的分析经皮导管射频消融术治疗心律失常发生并发症的时间及其转归。方法总结2004年1月～2009年9月在该院行射频消融术的2764例心律失常患者的治疗情况。结果共有35例患者术中或术后出现各种并发症。其中,男性13例,女性22例。发生率为1.27%,死亡3例(0.11%)。术中出现并发症23例(65.7%),死亡1例;术后24h内有11例(31.4%),死亡2例;24h后有1例(2.9%)。结论多数患者出现并发症发生在术中和术后24h内,术中、术后需加强监护,术中无并发症发生的患者术后至少需住院观察24h。

【Objective】 To evaluate the occurred time and prognosis of complications after radiofrequency catheter ablation （RFCA） for arrhythmia.【Methods】2764 patients who underwent RFCA for arrhythmias during 2004 Jan and 2009 Sep were reviewed.【Results】Complications related to the ablation procedure occurred in 35 patients among 2764 patients to whom RFCA were attempted for arrhythmias （1.27%）.23 cases were found during the operation （65.7%）,11 were found within 24 hour after the procedure （31.4%）,and 2 patients were died.1 cases occurred 1 week later after the procedure.【Conclusions】Complications of RFCA for arrhythmias mostly occur within 24 hour during the operation,and the data suggest that after uncomplicated RFCA for arrhythmias should intensively observe at least for 24 hours.
