Determination the Content of Oleanolic acid in Ganjian capsule by HPLC

目的:建立用HPLC法测定肝健胶囊中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为kromasil.C18柱(250mm×4.6mm5um),流动相为乙腈-水(9:1),检测波长210nm,柱温30℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:齐墩果酸在40.16～200.8ug/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程:Y=5741.4X+3751.6.r=0.9998,平均回收率96.49%(n=6),RSD=0.68%。结论:该方法重复性好,结果准确,可用于肝健胶囊质量控制。

Objective To establish the HPLC method for determining the content of Oleanolic acid in Ganjian Capsule. Method The column was Kromasil C-18 （250mmx4.6mm 5um）The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （9：1）the detection wavelength was 210nm the column temperature was 30℃ with the flow rate Of 1.0ml/min. Results The linear range was 40.16 to 200.Sug/ml for paeonol （r= 0.9998 ） The recovery was 96.49% and with RSD=0.68% Conclusion The method is accurate and highly reproducible .It can be a method for quality control of Ganjian Capsule.
