哈萨克族新闻人才现状调查与对策研究

An Investigation of Kazak Journalistic Talents

目前,新疆从事新闻工作的哈萨克族普遍年龄较大而且较少是新闻专业科班出身。从其现状看主要表现在尚未建立专业的人才培养模式、较缺少既精通新闻理论又了解哈萨克族文化的专业教师等方面。这影响了哈萨克族新闻人才培养和新闻教育的发展。分析其产生问题的社会原因和媒体自身原因,旨在早日建立专业的哈萨克族新闻人才培养模式,促进哈萨克族新闻事业的不断进步,进而提高新疆新闻事业的整体水平。

At present,the Kazaks who are engaged in journalism are generally old.Besides,few of them are professionals.For now,there are still some problems in the cultivation of the Kazak media talents,such as the lack of the establishment of professional talents training mode and professional teachers who know both news theories and the Kazak culture well.These problems have greatly impeded Kazak journalism in the training and the development of education.This paper analyzes the social causes and the reasons of the problems and puts forward some proposals,aiming at establishing a professional Kazak media talents training mode as soon as possible,and providing more Kazak media talents for Kazak media in order to make great efforts to promote Kazak Journalism and enhance the overall level of Xinjiang Journalism.
