员工创造力的理论模型、影响因素及其测量 被引量:7

摘要 我国提出要在2020年前建设成为创新型国家。作为建设创新型国家主体的企业,迄今其自主创新能力还十分有限。众所周知,一个组织的整体创新能力首先取决于员工创造力。我国企业员工创造力和员工创造力研究均与发达国家差距甚大,这就要求我们必须善于借鉴。为此,我们系统梳理了西方学者对员工创造力的本质内涵、结构维度、影响因素、理论模型等研究,以便应用于我国企业员工创造力的开发、训练和提升之中,从而增强企业的核心竞争力,加速创新型国家建设进程。
