摘要
针对我国目前各大城市原有污水处理厂存在的问题,提出一套评价体系,并结合上海11家污水处理厂进行了评价,评价结果与专家们的意见相一致,从而验证了该评价系统的可行性,其方法对于城市现有污水处理厂的改造和去留问题的决策。
In consideration of the problems risen from some urban WTPs of large cities in this country, an evalu^ation scheme has been proposed and the feasibility of this scheme has been approved by the practical application for 11 WTPs in Shanghai. The verdict of this scheme is quite conformable with the argumentation of experts. This scheme would be helpful to policy making about reform and resignation of existing urban WTPs.
