摘要
采用传统两相厌氧工艺与膜分离技术相结合的两相厌氧膜生物系统(MBS)处理淀粉配制废水。结果表明:在进水负荷为4kgCOD/(m3·d)~24kgCOD/(m3·d)的情况下,系统COD去除率达到972%,并有一定的总氮去除率。在运行过程中,膜组件起到了强化处理效果并有利于系统稳定运行的作用。
This study utilizes the process that combines the conventional two phase anaerobic biosystem with membrane separation (MBS) to treat starch wastewater. In this system, the average COD removal rate is 97.2% and the removal effect of N has been observed at the influent COD loading in range of 4~24 kgCOD/(m 3·d). The membrane module intensifies the organic removal effect and is propitious to stability of MBS operation. The article discusses the factors having effect on the operation period of membrane module.
