摘要
针对94#装置R110池沉淀淤泥进行连续清淤的科学研究,设计、制造了一套完整的连续清淤设备,并将其成功安装到生产现场,经过运行考核,清淤效果明显,对悬浮物的截留去除率达到80%以上,同时对COD的去除率也达到了97%以上,对清除淤泥进行了脱水处理,达到了预期目的。
An integrated Continuous Desilting equipment was designed, made up and installed in the sedimentation tank R110 of the biological wastewater treatment facility in Liaoning Chemical Company. The de silting effect has been confirmed evidently by the trial performance with removals up to 80% and 9.7% or more for SS and COD respectively. After dewatering of removed silt the expectant target has been fulfilled.
