摘要 如何提高员工的素质,建立并健全自身的育人机制,是我国中小企业经营者们所面临的难题,培训外包则为解决这一难题提供了一条新的思路.本文阐述了中小企业培训外包的益处及所面临的问题,并提出关于中小企业培训外包的具体建议.
