音乐疗法应用于无痛分娩的效果

Effect of musicotherapy to the patients in childbirth without pain

目的探讨音乐对无痛分娩患者血压（BP）、心率（HR）及焦虑程度的影响。方法将200例无痛分娩患者随机分成观察组和对照组各100例，采用背景音乐表对产妇音乐背景及喜好进行评估，制定个性化音乐疗法方案，产前、产中以焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对两组产妇分别进行测试。同时记录BP、HR。结果观察组患者产中焦虑程度减少，两组差异有统计学意义（t=2．10，P〈0．01），血压和心率稳定，两组差异有统计学意义（t=9．51，11．1，P〈0．01），第一、二产程缩短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2．06，2．11，P〈0．05）。结论音乐疗法用于无痛分娩中可改善患者的生理状态，缓解患者紧张、恐惧心态，减轻其焦虑反应。

Objective To explore the effect of musicotherapy to BP, HR and anxiety extent of patients in childbirth without pain. Methods 200 patients were divided into two groups, control group and music group. Music background table was used to evaluate puerperants＇ music background and favorite and personalized musieotherapy program was made. Anxiety and depression serf-evaluated table was used and blood pressure, heart rate were measured before and in birth. Results Anxiety extent in operation is obviously reduced in music group （ t = 2. 10 ,P 〈 0. 01 ） ; BP and HR were stable, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （ t = 9.51,1. ll,P〈0.01） ; the first and second stage of labor reduce（t =2.06,2. ll,P 〈0. 05）. Conduslons Musicotherapy can obviously cut down anxiety and fear extent in operation and improve patients＇ physiological condition.
