航空公司竞争层次演化的元胞自动机仿真 被引量:2

摘要 为研究航空公司之间的竞争,基于元胞自动机模型设计了航空公司竞争的4层次演化模型,对航空公司和机场的竞争演化与盈利状况进行了模拟研究.结果表明,民航市场竞争起步于资源竞争层次的竞争;规模不经济出现后,演化为职能竞争层次的竞争;核心竞争力形成后,演化为核心竞争力层次的竞争;核心刚性形成后,演化为动态核心能力层次的竞争.依靠资源规模不能保持长期的竞争优势,加强市场与服务创新等职能竞争力并整合后形成核心竞争力及动态核心能力至关重要. To research the competition among the airlines,the four levels evolution model of airlines competition is designed based on the cellular automata model.The competition evolution and payoff status of airlines and airports are stimulated.The result of the simulation indicates that the origin of civil aviation competition is the resource competition level;after appearing scale diseconomy,the evolution status is the function competition level;after forming core competence,the evolution status is the core competence competition level;after forming core rigidity,the evolution status is the dynamic core ability competition level.Only depending on the resources and scale for an airline can not keep competition advantage for a long time,therefore enhancing the innovation of service and marketing etc.,and forming core competence and dynamic core ability are very vital.
