摘要
我国社区学院是在学习型社会思潮下,为了适应建设和谐社会和提高人民群众文化水平的需要而产生的。社区学院在我国具有"教育综合体"的特色,在实践运行中,社区学院还需要注意解决定位、师资、社会效益等问题。
With the development of learning society in China,community colleges came into being.It also echoed the needs to build a harmonious society and to upgrade people’s cultural and intellectual qualities.So community colleges in China are actually a ＂comprehensive educational body＂.However,these colleges should solve the problems of orientation,teaching force and social benefits.
