杭州市某高校教职工血脂血糖水平调查分析

Investigation on the levels of blood lipids and glucose in the staff of a university

目的了解高校教职工血脂、血糖水平及其异常分布特征,为高校有针对性的开展慢性病的预防与控制工作提供合理的依据。方法对杭州市某高校2010年参加健康体检的1 454名在职教职员工的体检资料进行统计分析。结果高脂血症的总检出率为47.7%,男女检出率分别为59.1%和33.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=95.67,P<0.05);高血糖的总体检出率为7.0%,男女检出率分别为10.0%和4.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.33,P<0.05)。结论高脂血症和高血糖的检出率与性别、年龄有关;应加强对高校教职工慢病的预防干预措施,提倡健康的生活行为方式,提高教职工的健康水平。

Objective To investigate the levels of blood lipid and glucose in the staff members of a university,and provide scientific evidences for the prevent and control of chronic diseases.Methods We gave physical examination to the staff members of a university in Hangzhou.The blood samples were tested for the levels of lipid and glucose with standard testing methods.Results The prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia was 47.7%.The prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia was significantly higher in male staff members（59.1%） than that in female staff members（33.5%）（P0.05）.The prevalence rate of high bloodglucose was 7.0% in general,which was also significantly higher in men than that in women（P0.05）.Conclusion The prevalence rates of hyperlipoidemia and high blood glucose were associated with sex and age.Intervention strategy should be designed for the promotion of healthy physical condition and preventing related cardiovascular diseases among university staff.
