田径专修班学生运动损伤的调查与分析

Tracking survey and analysis on the athletic injury for students majoring in track and field

通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等方法,跟踪调查田径专修学生运动损伤的现状及其特点,分析引起损伤的原因,探索田径专修班学生预防运动损伤的规律,改善运动条件、改进教学方法,从而建立有效的预防措施,为预防和减少教学与训练中的创伤提供依据,更好地完成教学训练任务.

The present situation and features of athletic injury for students majoring in track and field in physical education department were investigated in this paper by means of questionnaire survey,literature retrieval and mathematical statistics.By analyzing the reasons that causing athletic injury and exploring the regular patterns preventing athletic injury,effective preventive measures were established such as improving athletic conditions and teaching methods in order to finish teaching and training tasks preferably and provide foundation for preventing and reducing the athletic injury.
