鸦片类毒品毛细管区带电泳及场放大在线富集条件的优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过对毛细管区带电泳(CZE)条件及场放大样品堆积(FASS)富集条件进行优化,建立简单、灵敏、可靠的鸦片类毒品的FASS-CZE检测方法。采用pH 3的100mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(其中含20%甲醇和5%的异丙醇)为分离缓冲液,1.3736kPa下引入水柱2 s后电迁移进样20s,在毛细管中浓缩样品组分,对吗啡、6-单乙酰吗啡和可待因3种毒品进行分离测定,可检测到的上述毒品质量浓度为2 ng/mL,与常规CZE比较,检测的灵敏度可提高约1 000倍。该方法可用于生物检材中海洛因及其代谢物的检测。
