分析当前企业政工干部队伍中存在的问题。新形势下,增强企业政工干部生命力是建设和谐企业、推动企业发展的现实需要;解决问题的关键在于加速"复合型"政工干部的培养。结合企业政工干部队伍建设的实践进行探讨。

We analyzed present problems existing in political workers in enterprise.Under new situations,to strengthen political workers vitality in enterprise is the practical need of construction of harmonious enterprise and promotion of enterprise development.We presented that the key to solve the problem is to speed up cultivation of＂composite＂political workers and probed practice of construction of political workers＇ team in enterprise.
