摘要
石化企业的高技能人才队伍是企业生产经营、持续发展的重要力量。高技能人才队伍的培养建设,需要一个良好的人才成长空间;需要处理好质与量、干与考、培与用、进与出的关系,形成良性的动态管理机制;需要建立科学合理的考核评价体系。通过实施任务紧逼、注重后续培训的方式,逐步建设一支数量充足、素质优良、技艺精湛、业绩突出的高技能人才队伍。
The intelligent team of high technique of petrochemical enterprise is an important force for production and operation and continuing development of the enterprise.Cultivation and construction of intelligent team of high technique needs a good space for intelligent to grow;a well treatment of the following relationship:between quality and quantity, practice and examination,cultivation and use,come in and out,so as to form a good dynamic management mechanism; and needs establishing scientific reasonable system of examination and evaluation.We may,through task urgency and paying attention to post training,gradually construct an intelligent team of high technique with plenty quantity,excellent quality and technique,and outstanding performance.
