对地方工业文化遗存保护及改造的思考与实践——以镇江西津渡锅盖面品鉴馆规划与改造工程为例

Reflections on and practice of re-modification of local industrial culture remains in preservation——Taking planning and re-modification project of Guo Gai Mian appreciation restaurant in the Xijin Ferry as an example

工业文化遗存的保护具有历史价值、经济价值、艺术价值、环境价值。在对西津渡古街区周边工业厂房的改造中,其规划策略是以工业文化遗存为载体,展示和弘扬民间文化遗产。为了与周围的环境相融合,将原镇江滤清器厂的厂房改造为镇江锅盖面品鉴馆,让游客感受镇江民俗文化,不失为一种可行性方案。

There are historic values,economic values,artistic values and environmental values in preservation of the industrial culture remains.The planning strategy in re-modification of industrial factories around the ancient street areas in the Xijin Ferry,carried by the industrial culture remains,should display and promote folk culture remains.For the purpose of harmonization of the round environments,re-modification of the original Zhenjiang packed bed filter factory into Guo Gai Mian appreciation restaurant to attract visitors to enjoy Zhenjiang folk culture is a feasible program.
