Based on the career development theory,this thesis makes research into specific strategies and methods of career development guidance at higher vocational college from the aspects of managerial mechanism,stage contents and specific implementation in career development guidance.This research aims to improve vocational college students＇ core competition in employment and supply of evidence for institutionalization and standardization of career development guidance at higher vocational college.
