This thesis analyses the present situations and developing direction of practical teachings of Human Resources Management.In order to realize the training goals of Human Resources Management and cultivate qualified talents,we should set up curricula scientifically,build an excellent teaching team for the specialty,improve the specialized teaching staff＇s practical capability and explore new teaching methods.
