摘要
针对一种新开发的槟榔固体饮料,采用改良寇氏法测定槟榔提取物的LD50,以固定剂量法计算蓄积系数。结果表明:槟榔固体饮料对小鼠口服LD50为8181mg/kg,其LD50的95%可信限为6742~9620mg/kg。槟榔固体饮料的蓄积系数是5.8。由此可见,槟榔固体饮料属于实际无毒物质,食用安全,对小鼠有轻度蓄积毒性。
A kind of Areca catechu solid beverage was developed, and its acute toxicity and cumulative toxicity to mice were studied. The LD50 of betel extracts was detected by improved Karber method. The accumulative coefficient was detected by fixed-dose method. Results showed that the oral LD50 of Areca catechu solid beverage to mice was 8 181 mg/kg and its 95% confidence limit was 6 742~9 620 mg/kg. The accumulative coefficient K of Areca catechu solid beverage was 5.8. This indicated that Areca catechu solid beverage is an actual non-toxic material and safe, and there is mild accumulative toxicity to mice.
