分析了PLC控制的关节型机械手的总体结构要求,进行相关结构设计,确定了驱动方式和控制系统,并重点介绍了机身、肩关节、肘关节、小臂部、手腕及抓手关节等结构设计思路和方法。
The comprehensive requirement of PLC-controlled joint-manipulator was analyzed.The outfit design was made and the driving method determined.The thought and method of the creative structure design about airframe,shoulder joint,elbow joint,forearm,wrist and etc are expounded.
