针对20万t/a甲醇装置一段蒸汽转化炉对流段的设计要求,采用FRNC-5软件,计算了各换热管组的钢结构尺寸和管组强度;介绍了炉内结构和炉内衬相关设计参数和耐火材料的选择方法;论述了施工过程中钢结构和各管组的制作方法和安装要领。

In allusion to design requirements for convection section of primary steam reformer in methanol plant with capacity of 200000 t/a,by means of FRNC-5 software,author has calculated the steel structure size and the strength for each heat transfer tube group;has separately introduced the related design parameters and selection method of refractory material for the respective structure and the lining inside the reformer;has discussed the fabrication method and installation gist for both steel structure and each tube group in construction process.
