摘要
阐述了尿素生产装置工艺冷凝液解吸水解技术原理,从操作条件、设备特点、外送废水质量以及设备投资等方面对斯塔米卡邦和斯纳姆尿素工艺冷凝液解吸水解技术进行了对比和分析,论述了上述2种解吸水解工艺在装置运行中的常见问题及解决措施。
Author has described the principle of desorption and hydrolysis of urea production plant process condensate,has compared and analyzed the desorption and hydrolysis technology of Stamicarbon and Snam urea process condensate from aspects of operating conditions,equipment features,outside discharged waste water quality and equipment investment etc.,has introduced the common problems in production of above two kinds of desorption and hydrolysis processes and their solution measures.
