该脱盐处理装置是在原污水深度处理的基础上对污水厂出水进行进一步脱盐处理,采用多介质过滤器+超滤+反渗透处理工艺。介绍了主要工艺系统的装置规模、流程特点、滤料组成和操作要求;进行了脱盐处理装置顺控方案设计;实际生产运行效果表明,各项工艺指标均达到设计要求。

On basis of deep treatment for the original waste water,further demineralization was made for the waste water coming from waste water plant in this demineralization treatment device,using multi-media filter plus ultra-filtration plus reverse osmosis treatment process.Author has introduced the scale of device of the main process system,process features,filtration material component and operating requirements;has realized the design of sequential control scheme in the demineralization treatment device;running result of actual production indicates that the each process index reaches to design requirements.
