HPLC法测定刺五加果实中异嗪皮啶的含量

Determination of Isofraxidin in Medofenoxate Fruits by HPLC

目的建立HPLC测定刺五加果实中异嗪皮啶含量的方法。方法采用AgilentXDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(27:73)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为室温,进样量10μL,检测波长为343nm。结果异嗪皮啶进样量在0.334～4.175μg·mL-1内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为100.74%,RSD为0.44%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏快速、结果准确、重现性好,可用于刺五加果实中异嗪皮啶含量的测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of isofraxidin in medofenoxate fruits.Methods Agilent XDB C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm） column was applied,using methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid （27：73）as mobile phase with the rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The column temperature was room temperature,the injection volumn was 10μL and the detective wavelength was 343 nm.Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.835～4.176μg·mL-1 for isofraxidin（r=0.9996）.The average recovery（n=6） was 100.74%（RSD=0.44%）.Conclusion The method is practical,convenient,accurate,and can be used as the determination of isofraxidin in medofenoxate fruits.
