高校学生评教体系要有导向性、整体性和可操作性,这是构建这一体系的基本原则。采用归纳法综合各方意见,主要由学生、教师决定评价体系的指标及重要性,并采用科学的方法定量地表达出各指标的权重值,从而确定出大家公认的、可接受的指标,最终形成完整的标准体系。因指标和权重是经过各专业的专家、学生、教师共同制定的,管理人员在此基础上可以便捷、科学地制定出适应不同学科专业的课堂教学评价指标体系。

College students＇ evaluation system of teaching should be oriented, complete and practical. By using induction method, various opinions are taken into account. Indexes and their importance are mainly determined by students and teachers. The weight of each index is expressed by employing scientific methods so as to set index which is widely recognized and acceptable. A complete standard system is ultimately developed. Since the index and weight are designed by experts, students and teachers from all majors, administration staff can easily work out a scientific index system of college students＇ evaluation of teaching catered for different majors.
