摘要
在新的社会需求背景下,企业急需大量具有主动学习能力、团队协作能力、创新能力的继电保护工程应用型人才。在应用型本科院校,继电保护理论及实践教学环节存在教学理念陈旧、理论教学与实践教学脱节等问题。在继电保护专业课程中引入CDIO教学理念,经过教学实践环节的检验,这种教学模式的改革符合专业课程教学的特点。
Under the new circumstances,an enterprise needs large numbers of applied talents majoring in relay protection engineering,with abilities of active learning,team work and innovation.However,problems associated with the teaching and practice of relay protection at application-oriented colleges are that teaching ideas are out of date,and theory teaching has little to do with practice.CDIO,a new teaching idea,is,therefore,introduced to the teaching courses of this major.Tested by teaching practice,this teaching mode is in line with the characteristics of professional course teaching,and proves to be highly effective.
