葛根素治疗急性脑梗死79例

To Observe 79 Cases Clinical Curative Effects of the Puerarin to Treat Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察葛根素对治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法79例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组42例，对照组37例，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用葛根素治疗，15d为1个疗程，观察治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分变化，并与对照组比较。结果葛根素治疗组总有效率54．76％，明显高于对照组21．62％，两组比较有显著意义。结论葛根素治疗急性脑梗死疗效明娃。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the Puerarin to treat Acute cerebral infarction. Methods To divided the 79 cases Acute cerebral infarction into two groups by randomly, the treatment group 42 cases and the control group 37 cases. Treatment group is on the basis of Conventional treatment adding the Puemrin ,15days a treatment, to observe the score changes of Nerve function defect before and after the treatment, compared with the control group, Results The total effective of the Puerarin treatment group is 54.76%, significantly higher than that of control group 21.62%,the difference between the two groups is significant. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the Puerarin to treat Acute cerebral infarction, is obvious.
