选择性肺动脉收缩药——almitrine联合一氧化氮在ARDS病人中的治疗作用 被引量:2

摘要 almitrine(ALM)可选择性地使通气不良区的肺动脉收缩,减少血流,使通气血流更趋匹配。ALM联合吸入NO成为治疗ARDS病人的新进展。本文介绍其作用机制及临床应用。
