目的 探讨ＨＭＢ４５ 与肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的相关性及诊断价值。 方法 应用免疫组化技术对４３ 例肾肿瘤进行了ＨＭＢ４５ 及多种抗体的检测。 结果 肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤组织中ＨＭＢ４５ 有良好表达，而其他肿瘤组织中均无ＨＭＢ４５ 表达。 结论 ＨＭＢ４５

Objective To evaluate HMB 45 reactivity in the diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma. Methods An immunochemical study using HMB 45 and other antibodies was carried out in 43 renal tumors including 15 angiomyolipomas. Results HMB 45 immunoreactivity has been positive in 14 of the 15 renal angiomyolipomas while it was negative in all the other renal tumors. Conclusions HMB 45 reactivity was useful to distinguish renal angiomyolipoma from other renal tumors especially in cases with unusual morphologic features.
