农村学校精神文化建设普遍落后于当地城市学校，为此要通过加强学习来凝聚共识，理清精神文化建设的思路，找到可行的策略和路径。基本的策略和路径是立足校情，因地制宜，在确立好内隐价值体系的基础上，量力而行打造物质外显体系，并全力雄动行为外显体系的不断完善。

The spiritual and cultural construction in rural schools is generally lagging behind the local urban schools. For this reason, we should build consensus through strengthening learning, clarify the idea of spiritual and cultural construction and find viable strategies and paths. The basic strategy and path is based on the school situation and local conditions, first well establish the implicit value system, and then create the material explicit system, and eventually push continuous improvement of act explicit system.
